I got introduced to seed cycling over a year ago and have been using this kit since. My periods have been brutal as I have been getting older (big emotional mood swings throughout my cycle, horrible cramps, super sluggish, and just feeling depleted). After a few weeks of seed cycling, I instantly felt a difference leading up to my next period. Since I have been using this product my mood swings have calmed so much, I feel more energy even a day before my period (huge!), and I feel more grounded which has been such a struggle for me throughout my entire cycle and not just leading up to my period. I took a two month break from seed cycling earlier this year due to a big move and life changes and went right back to where I was pre seed cycling. I got back to using my seeds daily the last month and had a super easy intro to my current period and feel so much more emotionally balanced.
