Recipe:
28 Oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 green Pepper
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
16 Oz Ground Turkey
1/2 onion
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Paprika
Salt & pep
Toppings:
Plain yogurt as sour cream or avocado 🥑
Parsley or cilantro
2 tbsps Seed cycling seeds

Directions:
1. Cook ground Turkey on stovetop.
2. Cook green peppers and onions down.
3. Add all ingredients to a stockpot and cook at 350 for 1-2 hours.
4. Add toppings like your seed cycling seeds for hormone support!
